If a car has been bought by an individual, and is of 3 years old, a road worthy test is a must. At the time of the test, the car has to undergo a few tests to prove that the car still in condition to be used by an individual. Of those tests, an important test is the emission test. In this test, the vehicle has to comply with the EPA (Environmental Protect Agency) standards to prove that it is limiting its negative impact on the environment.  What happens during this test? This test is primarily done to identify and assess where the emission is from. It is assessed in two stages.
